"It is horrifically overpriced for what it is. Landscaping improved but it took over 8 weeks of contacting the leasing office and making maintenance requests before gardeners finally fixed broken sprinklers and cleared away four foot high weeds and several dead bushes from the front of my apartment. What a view and allergy nightmare that was! Also, several amenities do not work. Clubhouse was being remodeled and was not useable for 10 out of 12 months of my lease - so no community space, no bbqs, no coffee bar, no tanning beds. I have a physical job and the main reason I moved here was to have access to a hot tub to help sore muscles. Much of the appeal was the idea of having access to a heated pool and hot tub year round. Well...the hot tub broke over the summer and never was repaired even after several maintenance requests and inquiries. In the fall the staff stopped responding to my inquiries as to when it will be repaired. Now It's 7 months later....still broken. And check this out.... in the lease they say the amenties are a 'priviledge' and are not part of the rent, so they basically reserve the right to keep them broken if they don't feel like spending money fixing them and the tenants have zero recourse. I would not recommend this place."
"It's OK, previous manager much more responsive but the current management is adequate. Maintaining is quite responsive. Though the appliances break more than I'd hope for. Place is dated (1980-90's appliances) and overpriced but functional. However, upon move out apparently they didnt get a mailing address and there was a 100$ charge I don't know what it's for but has appeared on my credit report from what is apparently their lapdog collections agency. Would have preferred a chance to discuss what this was for. Poor form."
"OMG!!! This place to me is so Beautiful! But unfortunately me being a single mother of two can’t afford to live in these apartments. They have so many amenities and just outside the property has a small park with a playground. Too bad it’s not in the range of my budget. Oh and the staff Elivia was super friendly. Thank you so much for your time."
"This review is for the tour of the premises only. The employee was super helpful and answered all of our questions. The only downside was not being able the visit the unit we actually wanted to rent. The grounds were pretty well kept, the clubhouse had been renovated recently and looked really modern. The paint job in the apartment seemed to be very well done, no "landlord special" on the unit we visited. Overall it was a very pleasant visit, the employee didn't rush us at any point, allowing us to look at the unit thoroughly."
"Lived here for about 6 month and the apartment itself is very nice but ours is extremely out dated. Online they show upgrades with smart thermostat, updated washer/dryer, dishwasher, faucets/mirrors etc. It doesn’t ruin the experience I just wish it was a bit nicer for the price range of 2,060$ a month for a two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. If you see the discount prices I would recommend hoping on it. It well worth the discount rate! In regard to the office, they have an application they recommend downloading for updates and they were doing it for a while, sending notification for updates in regard to the property but they stopped using it. Wish I had a bit more communication from the office."
