"If you want to deal with realtors who are professional, honest, considerate and great at what they do, M. Scott Properties is who you want to hire. I mostly dealt with Skye, as I was the one still living in the home. While my aunt and uncle dealt with Marlene. Skye goes above and beyond for her clients. Being disabled with chronic pain I was very concerned in the beginning. But Skye was always considerate of my situation. She made sure she gave me ample notice of showings. She was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. I don't think I ever waited more than 5 minutes for a response. My aunt and uncle has nothing but good to say about Marlene. She kept them up to date on everything. And always was quick to answer questions or concerns. Mostly everyone in my complex went through M. Scott Properties to either sell or buy their homes and everyone raves about them. All around they were just amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."

"I had to post a 5 star review so I could get my review to be the most current. Marlene and Monica are the worst property managers and they have a habit of twisting the truth. Marlene in other bad reviews asked the client to call her so she could fix the situation. Don’t bother, she hides and won’t answer the phone. She is rude and Monica needs to go back to properly management school to learn about customer service. She ducks out of taking calls or answering emails too. Sorry for the receptionist that she has to lie for them. I was helping my sister get her house ready for new renters. Monica and I had a client relationship for over two months. She was told by my sister that I was in charge of taking care of the particulars of getting the house ready and since the previous renter had passed away and the house was vacant that I could schedule getting the landscape repaired and the painter and any repairs that needed to be done. Every time I called Monica to have her get a gardener, painter, window washer etc she never got back to me so I went ahead and scheduled it. I think a week of waiting for her to get back to me was adequate time. I also found wonderful renters to the the property. Monica did nothing. I asked at the time of the walk through on Oct 21st if she get get a new blind for the master bedroom and when U got back from Europe I check and it doesn’t fit and the carpets still haven’t been cleaned I called and emailed her and called Marlene and again they ducked out in my calls. I asked my sister to contact them because again they were not returning calls or emails. At that point they told my sister that they wouldn’t have a relationship with me because I was rude. They sent an email to my sister on Oct 19th but still had a walk through with me on Oct21. My sister lost her husband suddenly recently and asked me to deal with the property managers because she was distraught and didn’t want to. Monica let me do all the work and then sent my sister an email. I guess she didn’t like me getting things done and making her look incompetent but that is what she is"
