"Terrible owner. Does not fix anything. Roof leaks and out of service stairs are not uncommon. Parking is inconvenient to say the least. There is not “plenty” of parking! It was always a stress for me while I lived there. Property management at the property sucks and does not do anything. I would steer clear of this place if you don’t like rent increases constant issues! Most older tenants are leaving after this new owner took over. That says a lot."
"New owners don't really care what happens here as long as they get their money they were very quick to raise prices but not adress any problems they have."
