"I had called Keith Pickard maybe 6 months ago. He was awesome and spend an inordinate amount of time on the phone with me. I took 7 pages of messy notes. I was quoted 1500-2500 each for 2 things. And at the end he said, as long as they're simple I can't see why we couldn't do both for 3000. I saved these papers, now in need of these services. I called and a female answered, insisting the price was 3000 for one of the discussed items. I told her the price shouldn't be doubled because someone different answered the phone. I should have hired him when I spoke to him 6 months ago. I can see why he has such good reviews by how he treated me when I was allowed and fortunate enough to actually speak with him. I don't know who this woman was who answered the phone, but she was rude and actually gleeful when I called back and she reported to me it was the doubled price. It's a shame. I think the female should be reprimanded for her attitude, even if they don't want to honor the original price."
