"My wife and I researched for a quality attorney, for our nephew who needed legal support during a custody case, and found Carol Barnes as she came well-reviewed. Through our discussions with her, she was responsive and very detail oriented. She was clear on the billing and pretty responsive when we were managing payment. When my nephew needed additional services and managed payment by himself, she was not as communicative and sent other clients bills by mistake. When our nephew challenged the inconsistencies, he was told just to pay the bill she sent last. Her work ethic changed when dealing with our young nephew, which we can only assume is due to his age.
