"Both my mother and I used this group for our accident. My mother's injuries were so bad she lost mobility and eventually passed stuck in bed. She got little of the settlement after the group took all their fees. Sure they may get a big check, but they keep it. My accident broke my arm, months of rehab, after settlement I got maybe 1000. They sent me to over priced doctors, who did unnecessary treatments and ran up the bill. All were affiliated with the law office. I felt at the end that I had been scammed. Life changing accidents and the victims are being left with nothing. Do not hire any of the lawyers from this group."
"When I was in an accident not too long ago, I didn’t hesitate to contact Lerner and Rowe bc I had heard so many good things about their professionalism and how well they explain and walk you through the process. At first I felt like this is going to be a headache but it wasn’t at all. Max Ayala walked me through every step and even with this pandemic and everything going digital, he did a great job of getting me from point A to point B. He told me my case manager was going to be Cynthia from the Durango office and she was very professional and patient with me bc I had a lot of questions. Randy Westbrook was my actual lawyer through all this and he even contacted me to introduce himself and see how I was but Cynthia had done a great job of managing everything that I was comfortable staying in contact with her to keep me posted on updates and to see how everything was going and I appreciated that. I even heard from Isela a couple of times and just knowing that this firm works as a unit is nice to know you’re in good hands. I would recommend this 5 star firm without hesitation to anyone. "UPDATE: We are all human. We're dealing with this new norm as best as possible and we make mistakes. We become great when we can rectify matters and extend apologies and commit to working together. Today, that happened. Justin and I were able to speak, agree to disagree RESPECTFULLY and came to an agreement. I can APPRECIATE the efforts of going above and beyond to make things right! We are human, we have frustrations, feelings and life going on. So thank you for recognizing both our error and still committing to provide the best support possible. Let me start with how the INITIAL MEETINGS WERE ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! The customer service from scheduling an appointment over the phone to the initial intake and FIRST meeting with the attorney (Rob/Ron) was superior. I mean good quality customer service. Let's fast forward to a year+ later. Very little correspondence and communication and NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I was in 2 accidents (no fault of mine) that occurred approximately 3mos or so of each other. I was at the end of my therapy and I asked prior to continuing on if it would be an issue with the 2nd case or conflict. Reassuring me it wouldn't. Now present day, I receive calls from Miriam regarding BOTH me & my daughter's settlement and signing papers. Mind you, she's given me the amounts of each payment. AFTER I signed, she sends an email that only my daughter's check is ready. I defer to the previous conversations & question why. Rather than take accountability and apologize for the misinformation given and explain, the attorney calls and DEMEANS ME AND TALKED DOWN TO ME AS IF I PROVIDED MYSELF WITH THE INFO. Even after trying to bring to his attention the error and issue I had, he was VERY RUDE & CONDESCENDING telling me, "well since this is what you wanted we will do you this favor. Are you happy?" I'm furious with the tone, unprofessional demeanor and attitude and lack of customer service. I even asked to not be talked to in that manner and my request was ignored. NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN! Am I not a human, am I not a client? Apparently not. I emailed stating I felt it was deceitful n he said he didn't like that statement, I apologized and stated, it's how it was handled but if u don't like the word, I get it n apologize. But I guess they're above apologizing for their unprofessional behavior."
