"I worked with this Law firm in 2018 when I lost my mother to a car accident. I was involved with Jennifer she was the attorney that I contracted from this law firm to handle my case. At first Jennifer seemed like she was very concerned with my situation and she expressed how she would really help me during this moment of pain. My probate case lasted 4 yrs like I mentioned case started in 2018 wasn’t closed until 2022. The biggest disappointment with how Jennifer handled my case was her communication. There were numerous moments where Jennifer did not return my calls or my emails. I have multiple email threads where I never received a response. There was even a moment where the attorney even hung up the phone on me after I was anticipating that particular phone call for over a year.
