"Edit: Yeah, I was wrong. They fubbed up my return (that's why the inflated return). Took forever to get somebody to fix the error, and when they did there was a basic math error that ended up taking multiple trips to the IRS office to correct, ultimately it resulted in a few dollars wort of late payment penalties. Previous review: The tax preparation was flawless, very thorough and nothing was overlooked. We got back more was than expected from our back of the napkin calculations. The appointment process was n not what I expected. Because of the complexity of the return we had to be referred to a different person at a different location on a different day. I-d suggest calling and not booking online. Cost wise, it was almost double what was paid to the previous firm for a similar return, more expensive but not unreasonable for a complex return. Lastly, their site was down for a long time when the time came to download a return for my records. This seems like it's another one of those companies staffed by awesome people and supported by mediocre infrastructure. The online booking and account access were shoddy, otherwise a five star operation."
