"Really great experience with hiring these guys to install our new microwave oven combo and fix our HVAC. Not alot of companies in the Tahoe area install wall ovens. Good communication throughout plus they will haul away the old appliances for $50 each. Jason was very knowledgable, we learned alot about maintenance for our heating system from him. "I had an extremely unfortunate experience with Dave Taylor Appliance Services (Gardenerville, NV) in which I have copies of two paid invoices from last year from this company and they called me again for payment a year later (last month). I was pressured to pay by Caitlin and was doing my taxes so I paid with my credit card. Upon researching, I sent them the copies of the two paid invoices dated last year and they stated they would reimburse me for the amount I paid last month. Three weeks later, I did not receive the check. I had to call them and they said they decided not to reimburse me due to an error they made in billing. I still have the two paid invoices from last year but this doesn't seem to matter to them. Please be very careful with business transactions with this company."

"I had such a wonderful, productive and professional experience with Jason. They came highly recommended by my old appliance repair fellow who moved. Jason showed up on time and was able to get me in right before a holiday. I had 2 appliances needing fixing, my stove ignitor was out and my washing machine was struggling to switch cycles. He had the part on his truck for the stove and was quick and efficient to fix both appliances. They were incredibly reasonable on price. He also gave me advice on what I should do having a well. Five star service for sure. While I hope to not need appliance repairs any time soon but if I do need something fixed, I would absolutely call Jason again."
