"Was getting text messages confirming my appointment, saying it was going to be by phone. I called to confirm in person appointment and they confirmed that i should come into the kihei office at scheduled time, which i did. when i got there, they were confused as to which office the tax preparer was supposed to be. i waited 30 minutes and they couldn't find the man that was supposed to complete my taxes. The Kihei office wasn't even able to reach the Kahului office staff to find out where the preparer was... i left my phone number, and still, 4 hours later i haven't heard from them. i drove from Makawao through the rain for nothing. ...very much a waste of time no call is really disappointing and making me think i need to find someone else to help me with my taxes."
