"My sales woman, Courtney, was very good. She didn’t come off as a typical sales guy. That said, I have a couple pointers for dealerships in general since this was the case here as well. We were there for a little over 4 hours. This was for one short test drive, negotiations and a car wash. That much time at a dealership only leaves the client frustrated and annoyed. The game of back and forth, talking to the “manager” is old and transparent. It’s not a secret anymore. Everyone knows about it, it feels disingenuous and lasts for far too long. I then waited over an hour for the car to be detailed and still was going to need to wait another hour and half to tint the windows. I have to come back later in the week for that. Again, my sales woman was nice and friendly and I genuinely appreciated working with her. But overall, no one should spend that much time at a dealership over one car."

And the biggest surprise was when we were able to take our new Odyssey home with us."
