Follow up questions I sent on the website never got answered. Call backs that he said would happen never happened. Did not treat my tax return like he cared at all, and just a very rude attitude overall."

She never asked me the details about my finance, nor did her ask anything about deductible, such as charity or car registration. Screw you br block, and if anyone is reading this, avoid this company and try something else."
