"Wish I could give this business zero stars. I never made it past the intake assistant to even briefly speak to either attorney. I filled out the intake form and the person that called me back was very rude, and could not speak English. I’m not racist at all. But I do demand that I am clearly able to understand the person who calls me back from a local business in my country. It’s that simple! But get an attitude and be rude to me because I CANT UNDERSTAND YOUR LANGUAGE? Unacceptable! Period!"

"WARNING DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! My husband was in an accident February of last year that damaged his back irrepairably and has left him unable to go back to his warehouse manager/labor trade... needless to say the accident was not my husbands fault... No in fact, he was struck by 2 seperate drivers... That is when we turned to these clowns... Upon first contact you are given an impression of professionalism from their (waiting room), Infortunately if you do pick these Jackals, that is the last bit of professionalism you will get. Over the course of the first year we were contacted a grand total of 4 times of their own volition (including the insultingly low offer letter I received 8 months into it). We were told by the first representative, that they were going to shoot for 45,000. 15,000 from each Insurance Company... after approximately four months, I finally forced somebody to speak with me about my case, the only thing they could say is that a small offer had been made, I would receive less than 5 grand, they were not accepting that, and were resending the demands. I patiently waited several more months. To which I received a letter in my mailbox, informing me of this same offer I had spoken with the lawyer prior to several months ago. She confirmed with me that that was just them formally sending the offer that she had already informed me of, and that I should not respond to that. So we sat on our butts and waited a few more months. By this time, the holidays were creeping up on us, and we were becoming unsettled as to when this would ever be settled, and what was happening with it currently since nobody ever contacted us about it. We tried desperately many times to contact them, leaving messages with various voicemails, at LEAST 7 with a Ngoya... to never receive any calls back whatsoever! Then the year turns over... About Midway through January we get a call from them... I came in, and was informed that the reason I was coming in was to sign the agreement for the extremely low ball offer I was told about eight months prior, that they were trying to get more for. When I told them AGAIN that I was not agreeing to that, and that in fact they had advised me not to agree to that. They got me a with a meeting with Bob Vannah (one of the billboard lawyers), the next week I went in and spoke with him in his office. When I did, he indicated that his office had dropped the ball, and had not done anything on my case in a long time, also he should have been informed of the status of my case quite a while before that meeting, but had not been. What was further, HE FOUND the calculations that had been done were incorrect, as Apparently one of the appointments for the back hadn't been taken into account. He then told us he would get all that looked at, and get back to me. That was 3 months ago now... and after nearly a year-and-a-half we are tired, and this is BS! We do not know if it's because our last name is Venegas, or perhaps because we don't speak Spanish with a last name like that. But this firm has completely neglected our case, which should have been a very easy win! They are useless scum, who will waste your time and give you nothing!"
