I ignored hearing about how they treat blacks because I thought it was just propaganda until I personally myself woke up one day, and I received an email stating that my account would be closed and this is literally for no reason! But because I sent a Zelle to my own business. I go into this branch and like many state the customer service is horrid except for Stephanie the branch manager"
"Besides the fact I will wait in a line outside to not have to deal with people and there is always a line at the atm, I love this place. Easy to get things done and a bank I love. They only stars lost are due to the recent news of them not approving many African American members for conventional mortgages."

"Very busy bank so the wait time can be pretty long. The customers are patient though so it makes the wait much easier. Very friendly and informative staff. I did my auto loan application with Marco and he was highly informed on the process and other products that could help me do business more efficiently and with less costs. I was also able to help my friend establish a savings and become a member. This is definitely old school good customer service banking. They even make the debit cards on-site still."
