"Byron is incredible, he got my first offense DUI taken care of with no time served or probation and I didn’t even have to show up in person to court! I essentially just got a $500 fine. Byron had me complete the various classes and requirements prior to my court date which helped my case and made the court lenient with me. "So Mr Bergeron never actually represented me, but I did have an over the phone consultation with him and this is why I'm writing this review. Mr Bergeron never let me actually finish my story, my charges, anything.. he rambled on about going skiing with his friends and other non related information I didn't care to know. Then once I finally told him what I was being charged with her instantly made me feel like I was a pos and that I had no hope in dismissing my charges. He began to tell me 20 to life 20 to life like he wasn't even going to fight for my case. The one thing that bothered me the most was the fact he said he didn't want to travel to minden to represent me because he would then have to take time away from his family and he would have to get a hotel and he didn't want to do that. I didn't even finish the consultation with him because I felt there was absolutely no hope in my case and that I was going away for while . I should NOT feel like this when talking to someone who is supposed to represent me and my freedom. Therefore I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He's very unprofessional and rambles on about unnecessary garbage."
