"Man that has been mainly working here for the last 6 months has no patience, courtesy and just overall a sense of good customer service. I use to come here all the time until I saw him arguing with a customer. Ever since then I would drive extra to go to another branch. He is rude and won't wait for you to pull up your label on the phone. He moves on to another customer and then another and another. He does it to everybody. Instead of just being patient and waiting a few couple seconds, he will just move on to the next without a word and keep you waiting. You don't feel valued as a customer. This is a wrong field for him to work in. He doesn't understand people."

"Overall I love this ups. The guy is always so friendly!! The only problem is "Sapinatal." I've seen multiple times coming in with multiple different people, she sits there and laughs at your questions and makes funny little smirks and remarks. She sure knows how to make people feel literally uncomfortable! Like if your unhappy or don't like your job don't take it out on all the people coming in for services like we are dumb for asking. Ups deserve a better front face!! Smh. Do better!!"
