"Zero stars if possible!!!! Universal translation services offer the most unprofessional and inefficient service!!! From start to finish. A service that was supposed to take a few hours, translation of 2 pages, took over 5 days to finish. May lines were dismissed as illegible, when you try to correct anything, the only response you get is “ our translators are professionals” .....you can’t talk directly to the professional translator...you have to deal with a middle man that does not speak proper English.....horrible!!! The spelling on numerous words needed to be corrected, by me!!!!!!! Spell check at least before you claim the documents are done!!!! Please do yourself a favor and deal with any other company, you will probably get better service."

"I made terrible mistake using this company. I SHOULD HAVE USED LANGUEX. Universal translation service promised to translate Documents from Thai language to English. They gave me a price including shipping original documents to me. They gave me a completion date, which not only they did not meet, but took an extra 5 days to complete the translation. I want to be clear. This was 10 pages with a total of 190 words total for 10 pages, so very very small job to complete. Upon completion they apologized for the delay and promised to ship the documents to me overnight Am so I would have them first thing Monday morning. Saturday afternoon I get an email from one of their employees informing me that I must pay extra for the shipping that I already paid for, to receive the translation original hard copies by Monday March 25, 2019. If they had done the documents and corrections right away. They would have shipped FedEx ground and been delivered to me on time, without having to pay again. Instead every time I called to find out what was going on with my translation. I had to start all over again explaining where we were with the last person at their company as far as corrections. OMG!!! This translation service turned out to be a nightmare.... Best advice I can give you is don't trust them with your important translation as I did. They will lie to you and then find a way to charge you extra, if you want your translated documents. 1st of all, nice try! I am not in marketing and am not promoting any company. I got a quote from the other company as well. Unfortunately. I choose your company to complete the work. I was overcharged and the documents weren't completed as promised. Then you promised because you were slow in completing the job to ship overnight. Again your manager didn't honor the offer made and forced me to pay extra, which I did since I had no choice. Documents came 5 days later. Did you refund my money for the shipping??? No you didn't. All I can say is very unreliable and dishonest in my opinion ."
