"Ok, I don't know what's going on here lately, but I've dropped off two pre labeled packages here in the last month and a half, and have shown no movement, no scans, and still has the created label status which means you can't file a claim. Sometimes sketchy going on at the UPS store now. And I've been dropping stuff off there for many years."

"I've been coming over here for a few years now. Milo is one of the best workers I've ever ran into at any establishment. He has the best customer service and is so knowledgeable about his job. He is sufficient and courteous. He should be running this store. If I had a company he would be the first person your establishment is so lucky to have an employee like him"

"Today, I went to this branch to ship two packages and asked about a militery discount. The girl said that we don't do military discounts anymore. I said that there was a military diccount last week ( Dec 6). Sha again said the we do not give one. On the web site and the UPS corporate office stated that we do a military discount. Apparently, this UPS branch can charge what they want so be ware of this bit of info if you are military. You won't get a discount because " Greed is Good" at UPS!"

"The employees of the store are fine, first off. I recognize they're implementing the policies put in place by the owner. That being said, the owner has created a culture where unless you paid their exorbitantly priced shipping costs, as compared to utilizing the UPS app or website to ship, then they do not care about you as a customer, seemingly because you were not native enough to pay nearly double what it costs to ship the same package to the same location utilizing the UPS app or website. While I was in the store there seemed to be a cavalier attitude toward the issues I was facing, which is obvious because when a "paying customer" comes in the mood shifts towards them from the store employees. This is the second experience I had with this store and it will be the last."
