"My opinion of this location is the same. If I could give a 0 rating I would but I decided to rewrite my review because twice now in just a few months, this store has lost or stolen items that were supposed to be returned to amz. Whatever store you go to, learn from my mistake and don't throw away your receipts. Even though amz will eventually refund your money, it's been very frustrating and very time consuming to deal with them when this happens. Also, on the receipt if you see a strange reference number followed by "contact amazon" instead of a tracking number, this is a reference number generated by amazon. You'll probably find it at the bottom of the shipping label or in the instructions. I contact amz several times and they didn't seem to have a clue what this was or could explain it (even spoke to a supervisor who argued that I shouldn't be able to ask questions about a ups receipt). You may need to explain this to amz although they should know this already. This is your only proof though that you turned in the item to ups. I complained to amz that this was the 2nd time an item I gave to this store disappeared but I don't know what action they took. Why did I go to this ups store even though the service is so bad. Location. I go by there all the time so it's just convenient but considering all the time I spent dealing with amz, I could have driven to a different ups store and saved a lot of time and hassle, so I won't be going there again."
"I am a long-time customer of this location and have rented a mailbox here for several years. Unfortunately, the level of customer service has dramatically deteriorated over the years to the point where I am going to terminate my rental and look for another mail service store. I travel abroad for work so I need to have my mail forwarded, which is the only reason I need a rental mailbox in the first place. The last time I called the store was last Saturday to have my mail forwarded. The employee I spoke with stated they were busy so my mail would go out the following Monday, which was fine. Understandably the holiday season is busy. However, I then followed up by phone on Thursday with a different employee to discover the mail had not been forwarded nor was there any intention of doing so. This employee was not apologetic at all, but rather stated they were busy and that they would get around to it when they could. This is completely unacceptable. It was bad enough that they did not follow through on their promise to forward my mail, but to brush me off after making me wait a week is obnoxious. I do not mind waiting my turn, but apparently they were not too busy to help all the customers who called and came in after I did. Apparently it was acceptable to completely skip me and service others. If the second employee had simply apologized for the oversight and fixed the problem, that also would have been acceptable. But it is unreasonable to expect courtesy and competence inconsistent with their terrible service. You would think that a customer of several years with a box rental would deserve at least a little courtesy and consideration. I will not be renewing my service, not only because the staff is irresponsible and rude, but I cannot afford to have them be so careless with my mail. Beware if you need to have your mail forwarded or expect common courtesy."
"Great Customer Service! I have dealt with this place on numerous occasions over the last 2 years, and the regular guy (who looks just like Michael Keegan Key from MadTV) ALWAYS treats me good, and I have wonderful customer experiences every time I deal with him. I wish more business had people like him working for them. The store is clean and organized, too."
