"I spoke to someone named Aubree. I'm not sure if she was the receptionist or something else but we need more of people like her. She made me feel heard and kept checking back with me when I was on hold to make sure someone would speak with me. I wasn't just left on hold for a long time like what happens with other places I call. Aubree needs to be recognized for her great talent in customer service. :)"
