"Today I visited this location to deposit cash into the ATM. Business as usual - I put my card in, entered my pin & selected “deposit” into my savings account. Once I deposited my cash, which was a pretty large sum of $$, half way through the machine counting it, the machine stopped & gave me an error Message that it could not complete my transaction & spit my card back out. When I went into the bank to resolve the issue, the bank teller was very unenthusiastic about helping me recover the $4800.00 the ATM just ate & just expected me to take his word for it that the money should just show up in my account.. when I requested to speak to the manager his response was “she’ll just tell you the same thing” This was completely unprofessional & did not offer me a solution what so ever in regards to the ATM eating all of my money.. I’m days away from moving out of state & expected an instant deposit. I understand that machines malfunction, however having no systems in place or a response to this situation is absurd. Gives me the feeling that the machine eats cash more common then not. Beware!! This branch does not care about reassuring you that your banking with the right people."
