"1Z58R0V20339003290 I sent a package to my client, Michael McCright, to this store. It said signed for by worker name Jame. When my client came to pick up, the staff said it’s not there, and refused to do anything else. It’s been 2 weeks and my client still couldnt retrieve the package. How come it is signed delivered by the staff and is not there? It’s a $1300 value package i’m seekeng legal action"

"BE AWARE!!! This store might steal your high value package. I sent 2 packages to this location. The first time it was lost in transit. On my 2nd package, I put an AirTag to my package and it also showed the package was here. The tracking provided by UPS also showed the package was delivered to the store. However, when my client came to pick up the package, they said they scanned the package and they didn’t bring the package to the store. After this, my AirTag stop showing the updated location. Last known address is this UPS store."

"Never received my package, unorganized ups location with packages laying all over the store. Staff looks high all the time."

"Never in my life has a first party location for a shipping service threatened to charge me for dropping off packages for shipping. I was told if I bring large boxes again it would be $1 a box per drop off. As a professional I don't care because I passed that cost on to my customer. If I were an end user I would be very upset. Turns out shipping postage from UPS no longer covers dropping it off at the store!"
