"I love going to this place. Everyone is friendly and they provide great service. Little did they know going in there today that I was feeling sad because I have to have surgery and was not in the best mood. While I was waiting my fax this lovely lady brought in some lemons she grows at home and they offered me a lemon lol! Reminded me of the quote, “when life throws you lemons make lemonade.” We laughed about that. Just went in to fax papers and left feeling much better ❤️. "New owners are not as friendly as the previous owners. I have recieved services from here many of years for my business and recently had to close out my business as well as my box. The new owners were not understanding of the bill being 1 month or $20 past due. I had submitted a change of address so there was confusion as to why the box was even still open and he could not explain although the contract says after 30 days past due the box would be closed i even endured a late fee because it was over 30 days past due. He reminded me several times that I was past due and went on to say that many people don't pay thier bills because of laziness even in his own family. Long story I closed my box but he did not initially inform me of my key deposit of $15 so I went back and had him apply that to the past due balance and paid the $5 difference so that he wouldn't think that I was just being a person that doesn't understand the concept of paying bills. It's unfortunately difficult to do that considering some businesses never recieved resources during the pandemic. Before I left the owner advised me to keep my voice after having to stand up for myself in his presence and so here I am as a reminder that you must be careful of how you treat people in this season because you never know who you may be talking to.
