"Terrible. I paid for the notary service. My document was denied because it was not notarized correctly. I brought it back to this store to get a new, correct notary . They won’t do it without charging me a second time for a new notary. I explained I already paid them for a notary service and was denied due to the quality of the service they provided and I was told they could not help me."

"Sorry this isn't for this specific location but just how much UPS in general SUCKS. They've delivered 2 of my packages to the wrong address one a $300 bed frame and another a $70 package my 12 year old daughter ordered. They sent photos of delivery that are NOT MY APARTMENT. And they do NOTHING about it. I've filed multiple claims with proof and they just close them. I've talked to them on the phone, through email etc. They just don't care and can't do their job."

"I've used this UPS Store for 8 years for mailing and notary. I've stood in line and heard countless interactions and they are always, Fast, Knowledgeable, Courteous. I love the location, always easy to park and get in and out. I'm not sure why so many negative reviews, I've never personally had a problem or seen any problems."

"**Avoid this location** Just to echo everyone else, this has to be the worst UPS. The customer service is terrible. We went here for a notary and we first lied to saying that the person that does the notary won't be back until the next day. Well, the lady was actually there and basically said she would help us if we hurried because she doesn't want to do anymore. Isn't this part of your job though? She was rude the whole time and treated us like trash. No one should be treated like this! UPS should let everyone at this location go and hire new people. The current employees don't want to work and it shows."
