One computer was down, and the store manager charged me for printing paper that I didn't even end up using and tape to seal my box... as if the $3.50 is more important than providing excellent customer service. "I have spoken with the owner and we have resolved the misunderstanding. She handled the issue very professionally. We've rented a mailbox from this location for over 20 years. We always tried to give them all of our shipping business, including Amazon returns. They charged my wife $2.00 for a taping fee on a box, that I specifically left open, so they could see what was in there. Amazon clearly stated that there is No fee. They get paid by Amazon . When I asked about being charged the $2.00, a got a very negative response. Attitude and service matter. We'll now use another store for our shipping business and probably will not renew our mail box. Update to response from Owner: The Amazon package was NOT a "Ready to Ship". It was not supposed to be taped up with a label. I know the difference and have always taped up the boxes that are Ready to Ship. It's not the $2.00, it's the principal of providing service to your loyal customers. It seems it's something you do not understand."

"Excellent customer service - Michelle and Brittney did an excellent job packing a large poster frame with glass pane that needed to be shipped to the east coast. The picture frame arrived ahead of schedule and completely intact. The recipient was thrilled it arrived in one piece. Thank you Michelle and Brittney for all your help and to UPS for such speedy service. I'll definitely use this store again for my shipping needs. I highly recommend them."
