"Recommend that you avoid this hotel. Passing through on way to Washington and the ads gave the impression the hotel/casino was a good place to stay. Turns out it was not. First room, TV did not work, only one electrical outlet available and it was being used for the only lamp in the room. The internet was weak-at best. Room & bathroom were very dirty. I requested to move to an another room. Second room - the TV did work (26 inch), and there was more than one outlet. However, no hot water and the shower/tub did not work (would not turn on) ! ! ! This room & bathroom were also dirty. The bed was comfortable. All of these issues were reported to the front desk… they said “we’re sorry”, but nothing more. There are other choices in town and they most likely will be a better options."
"Very "rustic" and smokey. Good amount of machines. Cafe food was good. This place caters to RVs and Semi's. Clean bathrooms. Laundry area too."
"With all the Billboards that this property has up and down Highway 95 which I'm sure cost a small fortune they could put into their guest rooms and the overall hotel. The guest rooms were disgusting the carpet is freeing the towels they had were afraid the whole place is dirty and disgusting. And there is a luggage cart for you to use to get up to the second floor which is where all rooms are located but then there's multiple sets of steps that you can't take the luggage rack up to so unless you're by the first set of steps it is a long haul with your luggage. I was not impressed at all with this hotel given all the advertising they do along the highway I thought it would be much better. The shower was disgusting all the caulking is coming off around the tub and along the wall like I said the whole place was just dirty and nasty. The staff was friendly enough but whoever owns that property really needs to update it for $80 a night I wouldn't stay there again"
"Having lunch my daughter asked for a gluten free menu because she has celiac disease. Debbie, waitress, said "they do not yet have." Then asked my daughter what she was hungry for. Debbie worked with my daughter to come up with a suitable meal not on the menu. When the meal arrived it was way better than what we expected. Was very tasty we were told as she would not share. Debbie thanks for talking care of my daughter ❤️ We had lunch and did not stay overnight."
"The staff here are exceptional, the rooms are older but well maintained, mostly. The staff are exceptional, the Cafe offers a great selection and is quick and friendly. Stayed here while traveling through to see family, wasn't a scheduled stop but I'm glad we found it, would stay here again. The hotel itself is a museum of different antiques and collectibles from Nevada history. Did I mention the staff are exceptional? Thanks for the stay."
