"You won’t find a more hospitable host. The owner greeted me with a solid handshake and a welcome and introduction as soon as I approached the check in desk. He personally walked me and my family to our room. I saw him do this to two others who checked in after me. He gave me his own mug from his room so I could boil water for a cup of coffee in my room. He is remodeling the site. Ours had been remodeled. Our room was the cleanest room I’ve even been in. He cleans the rooms himself. Bring your own coffee as there is none on site. It’s the basics but if you don’t need the fluff and want a good price, this is for you. I’d return for sure. My daughter will travel solo back to the base in Arizona in a few months and she will stop there again as she felt safe there and likes the owner."

"Rigo walked me to my room, turned on tv and heat, and assured me if I needed anything just ask! Super nice room, and service dog no charge! Excellent location, right down town, very quiet. Would rate 10 stars if available!! rates are very inexpensive compared to others in this small town."

"Stayed here on our way down to Vegas. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was recently remodeled with a rain shower head. The owner was friendly and gave us snacks after a long drive. Plus, one of the best prices in town. Will definitely stay here again when traveling this way."

"Right off the main drag, still of course I had some difficulties finding but no big deal. I waited at the counter for a moment on check-in and Dream doesn't allow me to pay through the travel site I used, so I had to whip out the card in person. For some, these few things alone would have them leaving an unhinged review. You have to remember to slow down and appreciate things. Remember where you are; a haunted 100 year old mining town. It's 22F outside and I'm thankful for my quiet room, dog beside me, and wall heater unit working properly. The bed was super comfortable and was the most favorable aspect. The shower is large and carpets clean. Honestly no issues with this hotel especially for the price, though parking can be a little tight as not every room allows parking in front of. All in all no problems, would stay here again!"

"I cant say enough!! Seems to be the best price in town, the desk clerk is amazing!! For instance, he walked me to my room for approval, let me use the hotel laundry (not a guest laundry), offered to make me coffee in the morning... the room... obviously updated, comfortable bed, hot high pressure shower, thick large towels, micro and mini fridge both immaculately clean, well lit parking lot with security cameras. Outside is clean and appears well kept. Listen, it's a 74.00 a night hotel and wow, do I feel like I got a bargain!!"
