"Service at this store is generally good except on Friday, March 22, 2024 when I asked to her to do binding of 86 page document. She return the docs mixed up and worst of all the punch and ring on the right side of the document. When I returned the doc to the store, she did not accept her mistake and blamed me because she punched it the way a gave it to her. I said anyone doing binding should look at the document and orient the punch the way docs should be read. Again she did not accept responsibility but agreed to reprint it for free. So the binding service that I came for did not happen. Now I have to buy my own binding machine and materials because I can't trust this UPS store to do the job correctly."

"I love this store they go above and beyond. This is a place that you could learn example to give customer service. I would give 10+star .Everyone is always attentive, professional and they make every effort to ensure each customer questions are answered and needs met!! Also, everyone is always extremely knowledgeable what they doing.it’s my go to store for any Amazon returns ,shipping ,fax and also good part is they have notary available 7 days that’s most store doesn’t have it .I will recommend this store to everyone."

"I brought a package in to ship International. There was an issue on the receivers end. When I returned to the store I was lucky that Miracle was at the counter. She is professional, friendly, helpful and a definite asset to this location and store. We discussed the issue and she helped to resolve the problem for us. It’s not always easy to find a caring individual when dealing with the public. I commend her for her work ethics. I will definitely be bringing future shipments to this location and recommend to others."

"They are always so quick when I have to send off a package. If there is a line, which is rare, it goes pretty quickly. I would rather ship off stuff at this store than the one by Walmart. I send packages on at least once a month."
