"This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy in the Las Vegas area. I am a pharmacist, so I know all about pharmacy workload and being busy, but these are some of the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. My provider recommended me to get a couple of my medications here based on the fact that they deliver to your house. The first month I dealt with them, it took them 2 days to bill my insurance information. The second month, the staff promised me twice after calling them to confirm that my prescriptions would be delivered either that day or the next day. My prescription has been sitting at that pharmacy for 6 days and I have yet to receive my medications. I will be putting in a complaint to the Board of Pharmacy about this pharmacy. It is totally unacceptable that I have not received my medications after calling 4 times and no one is giving me information as to why. I have been lied to repeatedly and I don’t appreciate it. I hope this pharmacy closes sooner than later. This is no way to treat customers at all!!"
