"The staff at the pharmacy was terrible! They didn't answer phone calls. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds, waited for 30 minutes in line, and they refused to provide my medication at 5:15 since they close at 6. It was an awful experience with the staff."

"A basic Walgreens. Nothing special about the location. Many of their shelves were low on product. Service was great on the day I went. Otherwise, nothing much else to note."

"The customer service at this pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacist talk to you like they hate their job. I work for an office and we constantly send people for their medications. Medications are never ready and the staff is just rude. I have to constantly be in contact with them and I’ve had a few situations with an older lady who always feels the need to raise her voice at me. Overall they’re unprofessional, you should not be talking about another office to your patient especially saying disrespectful comments. They need to work on their customer service."

"I’m a frequent shopper at this particular Walgreens specially because it’s near my home very convenient. However, yesterday ( may 19th) the cashier Maura or Mauria ? Was very rude . I ask this lady may I use the restroom; However she pause and told me a lie it was flooded . Then back paddle on the lie when ringing up my items . Says well my manager …. . This Made me feel real uncomfortable liked I was judge based off my nationality ? I’m regular paying customers is that the kind of employees u hire Walgreens ? What if I had a medical emergency? And she lied ? Y’all need to retrain hire new or something."

"They might have 2.7 stars on the app. But if you look at the dates, they havent earned anything but one star reviews in the past year. Absolutely terrible customer service. There is rarely more than one window open, and that one wndow is almost always exceptionally slow. The line usually extends half the entire length of the store, and it takes close to an hour to get seen. As you wait in line you hear multiple phone lines just ringing. I was in line for almost an hour the other day and the whole time the phones would ring and ring and just never be answered. There were also numerous moms and dads with kids getting the vax who were waiting more than two hours past their scheduled appointments. The pharmicists are disrespectful and sullen. I have one perscription that i fill there once a month. It almost always requires multiple trips to actually get it filled. Theres always some kind of excuse or controversy. This is extra annoying because like i mentioned each of these trips requires a 45 minute wait in line. Personally im switching either over to walmart or mailorder. Ill drice the extra 10 minutes to not hace to deal with all tye nonesense"
