"After three months with this Credit Union, I am finding out that a check I deposited will have a 9 day hold! They tell me this is the policy until I have had the account for six months. So, they will have my money in two days, (the check is drawn on a major bank), but I won't have access for another week after that! Unbelievable!"

"Its is what it is with this bank they say they service the community but they really don't they don't open until 10:00 a.m. and they close at 4:30 yes the drive-thru is open till 5:00 but come on most workers don't get off here until 5:00 p.m. so good luck paying your bills unless you take your lunch time but the people who work inside are nice as ever"

I appreciate the understanding while resetting my account miss Thea! I've been with this bank 10 + years including the 6 months out of state. I don't always get my way but I'm happy. I've rebuilt my credit via this bank and the good advice given to me by my first loan specialist. Btw I've done this partially disabled mostly on SSI.
