"I guess I am the first person to use this place that gives it 1 star. I had two pair of pants cut into shorts. I provided my own shorts as a reference and explained I want the new shorts to be the same length as the shorts I provided. When I picked them up the shorts were between 1-2" shorter than the shorts I provided. When I confronted them about the problem their first suggestion was store credit. I had never been to this place before and have NO intentions of using them again so store credit is useless to me. They were also unable to process a credit on my card and they told me they did not have cash in the till. So now I have to go back another time to get a refund."

"The best cleaners I've ever been. Alteration is on the top. All my cloths were repaired on time and look like an original. And my comforters were cleaned and packed so good. This cleaner definitely deserved all 5 stars. I recommend it!"
