"Straight up stole from me. Stole my two brand new $85.00 poles, then took my money for the month and quit halfway through when I questioned him about yet another misdiagnosed problem that caused my spa to turn green. Then he mouthed off disrespectfully as he was walking out the gate. Mike hires kids who's best interest is to get done ASAP with your pool since he pays them next to nothing per pool. But his arrogance only makes it worse. As I told him on his way out the gate, arrogance and incompetence is a bad combination. Hey Mike, it's been 4 months, how about paying me the $225.00 you promised to pay me."

"Aliante Pool Service is a very reputable and honest company. They do not try to oversell on repairs and Maintenance. If Mike and the team state the repairs need to be made, they need to be made. Also, they keep my pools crystal clear."

"Update the owner finally did send a tech for the final service but still no communication from them. Avoid this company like the plague. I used these guys for 2 months after purchasing a house. I decided to cancel service because I don't like the way they communicate with their customers. Paid the full month of November and they just didn't bother to come for the final visit. Reached out to their biller and the owner and got nothing. I can't recommend them, not for their service but because they're kind of dicky."
