"Had an issue at check-in, as the 2-bedroom type I reserved was switched on me without my knowledge beforehand and was a downgrade. The check-in staff apologized and after our group spent one night in a downgraded 2-bedroom type, they finally put us in our actual premier 2-bedroom type I reserved and it was amazing! I believe there are only two available 2-bedroom types with this type of configured balcony room at the Club Elara, but if you can get it, you definitely will love it. Great stay overall, and hope to get the same room again, but hopefully for all nights I reserved."

"We stayed here from 3/11-3/14. We arrived in Vegas super early, but they had a room available for us, so we were checked in around 9:30am! I signed up for text message concierge services, so if our room ever needed anything, I just texted the number, and within minutes our items were at our door. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and stayed the temperature we wanted. And there must be great insulation between rooms, because I never heard any of our neighbors. The location was also amazing. It is right off the strip, but also directly connected to the mall with many shops and restaurants, and even a casino. And even though I didn’t experience the pool myself, it looked beautiful and had lifeguards on duty every day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and we had a really good time!"
