Reviews of Voyagers of the Pacific Lū‘au
"Lovely and Welcoming experience! The band and MC were great with the crowd. The variety of dances performed spanned multiple Pacific Cultures, which I was not expecting. One of the performers was an absolute saint and was teaching interested participants (mostly young children) some dances before the main performance. Family photos were offered as an addition which we loved and brought home with us. The food was fantastic and the waitstaff were all attentive and friendly. Met some locals at the dinner who had great recommendations for other places to see. Would live to experience this again the next time I go to the Islands."
"Great location and gorgeous views of the sunset in the backdrop of the luau performance. Wonderful performance and variety of food. The buffet selection was quite impressive ...with fish, chicken, pork, salads, rice, bread, multiple dessert items. Also they were pretty organized...with such a huge crowd....they let folks get to the buffet row by roe, avoiding any chaos. V impressive. Suggest to get there real early...much before the show starts...or you get seats at the very back. There is a huge line to validate tickets so in the end...you are sitting at the back row. There are waiters serving drinks which is included.....but either because of sitting in the back rows ( we got there bef start time...but you need to be there 30-45 mins bef start to be in the front of the queue)......or for some other reason ...we never got drinks till late in the show. These last 2 points bring down the rating for me."
"This luau was awesome. We got VIP seating and were greeted with tiki cups and 2 necklaces. Drinks were served often, and the waiters paid great attention to everyone in the crowd. The food was really good. The show was amazing too. The performers all did well. Would defitnely reccomend."
"The show is at the resort right at the water. It is a nice show explaining the history with dancing, singing and fire tossing. There is a buffet included. The food was good. Depending on what souvenirs you want, there are different levels of tickets. We didn't pay for the upgrade but got a good seat. I recommend that you get there early. A line forms and that is how you choose your seats. The resort gives you a discount on parking for attending the show."
"I liked the show, the preformers and commentary were all excellent. The lady who sang, and the fire dancer did exceptional jobs. I was slightly disappointed in the food. I was expecting more traditional foods with less of an American Buffett feel but, I will say the open bar isn't bad either."
