"BEWARE!! Desmoni installed new water heater and recirculating pump. I've complained repeatedly about noise. Finally called second plumber for opinion then called Desmoni back out, as unit was under warranty and they installed it. 15 min put tester on water heater said everything was OK charged me $135.00. Called second plumber back he replaced both top and bottom element and thermostats. Elements calcified to the point of running constantly. Don't waste your time or money."

"Leon from Desmoni Plumbing performed the work. Very prompt, very courteous and did a very good job removing my water conditioner and replacing/repairing my water main line pipes. My only negative comment is being charged labor costs for the time it took for him to run to Home Depot and get parts which turned a one hour job into two hours. To be clear, I do not blame this on Leon. He did a great job. This was a standard home water main line and one would think that the company would keep elbows and couplers in their service trucks inventory for common household pipes."

Over 800 dollars later my lines are still leaking! And they won’t even email me the invoice so I can be reimbursed for the pressure regulator!"
