"Josh was early which was great but when he checked the system he didn't put gages on anything he just removed the panel system was iced over so he couldn't se that it needed a cleaning but he could have said I'll come back and check on this in a few but instead said you need a whole new system $7,000.00. Seems crazy that I called JonAire out they said you do need to clean your coils and should replace them and if you do that it would be $1,700.00. Big difference and yes you could say if they had seen the coils they would have said the same thing maby but my point is this they didn't wait they didn't reschedule."

Did not solve the problem, no heat again. Waiting to see if they stand behind their work. No charge for the visit. The technician reset the system. Told us to go with the thinnest filter. Still happy with their service and response. I recommend."
