"I would of given 5 stars but when I called on a Friday frantic about my septic tank that I new nothing about she never offered the Saturday fee & service until she found out I was calling around she told me if they had to dig to find the lid it would be $695 so we dug the lid up to save money guys showed up pumped t h e septic saw no water was coming from our house so the supposedly clear the line from house to septic then told us they had to dig up other lid & was going to charge us the $695 anyway. We later found out that there was no reason to dig up second lid cuz it all flows into the 1st tank when pumping so they ripped us off so $850 dollars & 3 days later septic backed up again. Had to hire someone else to come rebook at septic & flush lines cuz when I called pagrump back she said she didn't know what I was talking about & did not offer to send guys back out to check now I'm $1000 in to getting my septic working that pahrump sanitation didn't do."
