"I was giving this company from the home warranty to fix my washer. They came out and did a diagnostic and said it was the timer. They ordered the part and scheduled and appointed for 3 days later from 12 to 4pm at 3pm I get a called from them saying they ordered the wrong part and that they reordered the part and had to wait 3 more days for the new part to come. So I waited the weekend and I called Monday morning to get another appointment and there was no answer. I have called 8 times and left messages still No answer. This is not dependable and I would not recommend this company to other people."
