"Payless is the worst company I've ever had to use. My landlord hired him for a 2-hour job. He no-showed SIX TIMES, and when he did show up, he didn't have the right parts to complete the job. The first time he did show up, he left TWICE to go back to the store and get parts, which he installed incorrectly. When I told him I had to fix his work because he left it unusable, he laughed and acknowledged that he knew he did it wrong, yet he left it like that for me. After 3 weeks of the waiting game, I ended up getting the tools I needed and replacing his work myself. I cannot recommend any company this unprofessional and incompetent."
