"Monika was great and very knowledgable however, she became too busy and never filed our extension and charged us even though they didn't do their part. When asked how we can become a priority Jeff (the owner) proceded to tell me we are the "worst clients and have taken up more time than any other customers" which is absurd bc I was paying the monthly fee and doing the monthly G45 and categorizing all the transactions in QB and they weren't doing anything except the end of the year taxes so I decided to pay for end of the year taxes only and payroll for the last half of the last year that we worked with them! I pulled the plug on them and found someone thru QB and I am so glad I did. I also decided to do my own payroll thru QB which is easy and saved me so much money. Don't be afraid you can do it's easy!!!! Also when I mentioned to my insurance company what Jeff said she said he said the same thing about her and she is the most professional and efficient person I work with. It's really too bad bc I enjoyed working with Monika but I will never work with people like Jeff again. Step out of your comfort zone you can do your own payroll and find someone thru qb to help you with everything from payroll setup to taxes!!!"

"When I interviewed them they told me they could get my books up to date, and said all the right things. I hired them. Then they told me I needed to buy a newer $1000 version of quickbooks. I did. They closed out the year, which was only 5 months behind. Then they asked me to buy Quickbooks online ($800) as they dont want to use the version they asked me to buy in the first place. Aloha business services have not done anything on my books and are a year behind. I am currently looking to replace them. The only reason I still use them is for the payroll services to keep me in compliance with the state."
