"Great activity in Maui! The boat ride was a fun experience during our vacation in October. The staff is friendly, funny and helpful. They even rent out underwater cameras or go pros for people who want them. You are offered both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is light, fruit and pastries with coffee water or juice and lunch was made up of cookies and sandwiches. They had both ham and turkey and vegetarian I believe. The food was just okay. The boat ride was fun! It includes a slide and they offer float belts which is a plus. We took the ride to Molokini and the snorkeling was fun but I had expected more sea life. Due to weather, we could not go to Turtle Town which was a big disappointment but I understand it was for safety, still a big bummer. There were other boats in the area for other tours but since we did the early one, it did not feel crowded and each boat had its own big area for all different parties. Overall I very much enjoyed it and would try it again."
"We had a great experience on the calypso for whale watching in March. We saw many different whales. Good viewing points around the ship. Got some great photos and videos. Service was great and adult cocktails were very cheap! Would do it again for sure"
"We had booked a snorkeling tour with our friends but booked separately and then they were going to split us apart and put our friends on this boat and us on the other. They then let us all come on this boat and I am so thankful they did. The other staff was not friendly and made us sprint over to this boat saying they’re about to leave— when the Calyspo crew was aware and waiting for us. This is definitely hands-down, the best snorkel tour in Maui, the boat is huge and the staff is amazing. Guy in particular was soo sweet and made us feel right at home knowing the situation we were in. The food is decent and the drinks are super cheap. We got to swim with the turtles and snorkel for an extended period of time. We also saw so many whales. It was so cool. Book this tour now!!! You will not regret it."
"Food was delicious! We had the Mahi Mahi and it came with rice and veggies. Live music and the captain was very amusing and informative! Got pretty close to a mom and pup breaching and playing. Great date night!"
"The boat ride to go whale watching was worth it. My children really enjoyed watching whales breach and being able to enjoy snacks and drinks while on the ride. You get a picture taken before you board the boat and at the end of the ride you are able to purchase it for $20. It was a great memory picture to take home."
