Mammoth Lakes Laundromat

"Great customer service! Unfortunately I’ve had problems with a couple of the machines and the employees are always so willing to help me or refund me the money lost. It does get busy - some hotels in town use this laundromat as if their personal laundromat so they can dominate the space. You’ll know what I mean when you see it. It can be extremely frustrating as they leave few machines for the public but because of the customer service, I’ll always come back! Always very clean too."

"There needs to be a better system organizing their commercial clientele. Local housekeepers come in and fill every large washer, and some smaller ones, all at once. This leaves little room for everyone else."

"Clean, large laundry mat. Dryers are a little tricky but I was helped by the owner? and he was super nice and friendly. About $5 for quick wash and dryer is 45 min for $3. On the high end of laundry but it’s where it’s located."

"Traveling by RV means we get to do laundry in some small towns - sometimes even hard to find a spot. This one would have probably gotten 4 stars from me, maybe on a different day or time..... let me explain. The place was clean, easy to find, had good parking, and the machines were large and efficient. They didn't have wifi which would have been nice since I sit there for a couple of hours on laundry day. The reason it doesn't get 4 stars from me might have been the time of day - I always go right when a location opens. This place does commercial laundry, maybe for local hotels? lots of sheets and towels. So they had nearly every machine taken! I typically do all of my loads at the same time to save me time, but I had to wait here - not what I want. And maybe if it were a different day they don't do that. It was also very warm in the building, probably because of all the commercial loads going one after another - a bit uncomfortable. But it got the job done and we were back on the road again with fresh laundry!"
