"I have nothing but praise for the rush alterations I received at the Stewart Avenue Bobby Pages location in Carson City, Nevada. The sleeves on the tux jacket I rented by mail were too long for me and I needed quick, non-destructive alterations in time for my daughter's wedding taking place 48 hours after I received the tux. Rita assured me on the phone that they could get the work done in time so long as I were willing to pay a small rush fee. Belen confidently assessed the situation and completed the alterations in fewer than 4 hours, enabling me to pick the altered tux up on my way back from Reno airport. Kaylee was courteous, customer focused and professional during our interactions at the counter. In the end, the cost of the alterations and rush fee were surprisingly reasonable and not at all in line with some of the negative comments I had read from other reviewers. I wholeheartedly recommend Bobby Pages for those in the Carson City area. Thank you for helping me look my best on the occasion of my daughter's wedding!"
