This first round he installed a ceiling fan and a new outlet, and before he left I showed him an idea for lighting in a different room and he'll definitely be back for that project. That said, after the initial inspection, I couldn't get ahold of him for at least a week, then when we finally got a time scheduled that was good for the both of us, he no-showed and I haven't been able to reach him since. My calls and texts have not been returned, and I'm left with no other option but to move on to another servicer."
