"Ohana Tax Service was the best way I have ever filed in all of my adult years! I was educated on why I owe taxes and how to change the outcome for next year! I was able to communicate through email, remotely sign documents through Dropbox and the time difference was no issue for this process! Very grateful for this family business that makes me feel like family! I highly recommend and I will be returning next year and with as many people I can encourage to file taxes next year with them!! After she had told me she was not able to support our need with the ERC, I was just hung up on! How unprofessional is that?!?! I was about to ask for help in another way, a reference if at possible, but the ugly monster came out and cut off the conversation quick! Perfect time for Halloween...A real monster there."

"Another year, another success. I called in a little later than usual to SCHEDULE to get my return done, and I'm not even kidding, Rhonda took all my information over the phone, W2, 1099, 1098T all of it and input it. She had the forms ready to send to me to sign as soon as I sent her my copies WHILE WE WERE ON THE PHONE. I think she was in-between customers because it was a pretty quick call. Not to mention, a little while after she called me back to ask if I had any extra forms because she reviewed my stuff from last year and wanted to make sure everything was sent in. So thorough and thoughtful. Family businesses rule Hawaii, and this one is a staple. I'm super grateful for the service I received yesterday and the last years. Love these guys!!"

"Please people heads up, if you considering doing your taxes with this business know that they will charge you $207 dollars if you dont file with them. If you do file it will cost you $480. and to make this worst, they dont tell you upfront. I asked them how much they charge over the phone and told me 265. A very honest business let you know ahead of time about the non file charge. They should tell people that no matter what they will charge you over 200 dollars. Not cool!"
