"R - U - N the other way. Incompetent, sloppy work product. The owner of this company prepared my taxes for many years and on at least one occasion, miscalculated the amount of the return (the IRS corrected) by approximately $2,000. Two other times, she didn't bother to add 1099 information, which was given to her (she said she didn't need it), and calculated that I was due refunds, which I received. Imagine my shock two years later when the IRS contacted me saying that I had underreported my income and in fact owed them money. The owner did nothing to correct her errors or otherwise fix the problem and I paid $245 to have my taxes "professionally" done. To date, she has done nothing to rectify the situation and even tried to falsely claim to the BBB she didn't know who I was. Of course, I had sense enough to save the tax returns and receipts with her name plastered everywhere. Save yourself aggravation and do not use this company to prepare your taxes."
