"I wished there was a zero rating. What a mess! Where do I start? I decided to file my tax return last year with Executive Tax & Financial Services because of the good ratings. Until then I had always used TurboTax but since I had moved from CA to HI and had set up a small business here I thought Calvin and Ella's services would be helpful. I first met with Calvin. He basically filled in all the information I provided him. He also filed my quarterly GE and TA taxes. Calvin seemed to take a lot of time going back and forth to fill out the info but he told me Ella would overlook everything. He let me know that I owed the state of CA a 5 digit amount of taxes which I paid immediately. Back home I checked the GE and TA tax filing against previous filings and saw there was something wrong so I then met again with Calvin to have him correct it. Since my confidence with this company was shot I then also checked my tax return through the use of TurboTax and this showed that the state of CA actually owed me money and that I underpaid my Federal taxes. So This time I met with Ella and she confirmed what I suspected. So, basically Calvin had made some tremendous errors and the state of CA actually owed me a refund and now I had to pay an additional 5 digit amount in Federal taxes. What was even worse was that my original tax return had been filed under the WRONG social security number. This meant I personally had to call the state of CA to try t get my money back that I had paid to the wrong social security number. So we are talking about a large sum of money tied up in CA while I had to still pay a large sum to the Fed. In the end I was able to straighten it all out by myself and got a refund for my overpayment in CA. There was very little help from Ella, no apologies and I needed to haggle to get a partial refund for the cost of their services which are not cheap to start off with. So buyer beware!"

"The service is roughly $150 well that's what I paid. I usually do my own taxes, however; I was pressed for time this year. The process was quick that's not why I wouldn't go back. I filed my taxes in the beginning of February. They did not send in my papers until about April 15th. I just received my refund check 4/25/17 . I basically paid $150 for nothing since I could've done my own paper work and sent it in quicker..."
