"Horrible horrible customer service!!! I had an appointment with so-called Ana, the banker. When I arrived on-time, she was with clients. I over heard them chatting and laughing and I waited there for 50 minutes!! Once the clients left, she came up to me and said give me 2 minutes and guess what she did? She picked up the phone and started singing “happy birthday “. I was so mad!! Obviously this person does not care about customers. Lady you are working and shouldn’t be on personal calls! What is the effen point of making a stupid appointment!! I can understand waiting 15 mins., but almost an hour?? This is ridiculous. I will never go back to this branch. Ana needs training on customer skills!"
