"If I could give this zero stars, I would! Dr needs to learn how to manage his office. You can tell the staff is overwhelmed with patients especially with Dr not doing his part. But I also feel that MOST of his staff (not all) isn’t even doing their jobs, scratch that they don’t even do their jobs properly. Nobody answers phone calls and the messages for voicemail is always “full” so I can’t even get a verification for my prescriptions since pharmacy keeps telling me to contact my Dr. Also, there’s currently a pandemic going on and I noticed Dr not taking it seriously. Most places like stores/restaurants/banks seem far more protective than his offices. I think I only saw one person using a face shield."

"Dr Seid has been my primary care doctor (PCP) since he started his private practice in Wahiawa in the early 1980’s. He gives time to listen to patients and is often behind in his appointments. I consider Dr Seid to be an experienced doctor who is concerned about his patients. Many of his patients are plantation workers and I jokingly call him a “old style country doctor”. Sorry that some others gave him a lower rating because of not keeping a tighter schedule or because of his staff. But I’ve never known him to turn away any patients. He accepts state referrals and other patients where compensation is perhaps lower than normal. I am pleased with Dr Seid’s services and will continue to use him as my PCP."

"I have been going to this office ever since I was a little girl (over 15yrs), Dr. Seid is very thorough and accommodating toward his patients. He goes through everything with you step by step to help patients understand what is going on and what your next steps are and for that, I am truly grateful to be one of Dr. Seid's patients! Also, not only is Dr. Seid so awesome, so is his staff, especially Momi, they make you feel welcome and right at home. Even when there is no room on their schedule, they make the time to see you squeezed in to help you be seen right away!"

"I was assigned by the state to this doctor only to be turned away. They refused me medical attention although they are my personal care provider. The staff was condensing and figured if she talked slow and clearly that the rejection of medical attention would suffice. I would not recommend this place and would give it no stars if possible."
